We are currently hiring an experienced excavation and equipment operator to join our team.
Role Overview
This position includes excavation foreman responsibilities, daily jobsite operations, and significant time operating heavy equipment.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment
- Read and execute grading plans
- Work closely with a team to complete projects efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in excavation and equipment operation
- CDL required
- Ability to read and visualize grading plans
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable work ethic
