Mill Exterior

The Mill by Manor Falls

The Mill by Manor Falls is located in Millersville, PA. This several phased renovation was started in 2015, with roof repair, soffit and facia. LL Groff & Son came back later in 2018 to do a full makeover from the bottom up striping everything down to the studs. The timbers inside were sand blasted to bring back its original beauty. All original existing timbers and flooring were preserved and we added custom wood doors to tie it all together. The walls were all replaced from bottom to top and included all new custom windows. The exterior was sandblasted and re-pointed. The outside landscaping, patios and paving were all created by LL Groff& Sons as well. The outside grass area was created for a beautiful location for outdoor weddings.

The repurposed construction project is definitely a sight to see.

Zimmerman's Butcher Shop

This butcher shop was finished in summer of 2016. The existing shop was completely demolished and a new building was built with 4 walk-in freezers/coolers, 50 thousand gallon water holding tank under building. We completed the design, demo, excavation, and newly finished building quickly; start to finish, demo to grand opening was in 3 mouths.

Lotus Springs Farm

Situated in New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, Lotus Springs Farm is a countryside wedding venue that blends vintage and contemporary styles. A charming barn that dates back to the mid-1800s.
